Bragging rights:<\/strong> I have a rep as the best Barista in our Sydney office\u2026which, I think, is just my team\u2019s way of getting me to make them coffee.<\/p>\n

On my nightstand:<\/strong> My phone, of course!<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll cry if I\u2019m out of:<\/strong> Coffee.<\/p>\n

What I\u2019m eating when no one\u2019s looking:<\/strong> Caramel Slice\u2013it\u2019s a favorite two-layer shortbread cookie. But it\u2019s got to have a crunchy base, lots of caramel in the middle, and just a little bit of chocolate on top.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]If anyone could dress me:<\/strong> G-Star Raw\u2026they do really wearable pieces and architectural denim.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s on my feet:<\/strong> At home? Thongs (that\u2019s flip-flops to the rest of the world). At work, it\u2019s R.M Williams boots or footy-style joggers (sneakers!) by Adidas.<\/p>\n

Can\u2019t live without:<\/strong> My wife, Tash. XO<\/p>\n

My influencers:<\/strong> My Nan and Pop had amazing values and love for family. Those same values filter through my entire family today. I can\u2019t thank them all enough.<\/p>\n

Guiltiest pleasure:<\/strong> Business-class travel\u2026and Hot Chips*. (*Australian for French fries, and so popular Down Under, they\u2019re literally sold in vending machines.)<\/p>\n

Biggest misconception about hairdressers:<\/strong> Hairdressers aren\u2019t often recognized for their intelligence. Yet we have some of the world\u2019s most amazing, creative minds in our industry.<\/p>\n

Why hair?:<\/strong> I went into the business because it was cool\u2026the job, the environment, everything about it. And I got to hang out with gorgeous women!<\/p>\n

If not hair:<\/strong> I wanted to be a *pro footballer. (*He\u2019s talking soccer, people.)<\/p>\n

What I\u2019m known best for:<\/strong> Having a sociable personality with an awesome sense of humor. (Ok, my friends wrote this.)<\/p>\n

Oddest job:<\/strong> I worked in a service station.<\/p>\n

The look I never want to see again:<\/strong> My own hair.<\/p>\n

This hairstyle\/color will never bore me:<\/strong> Bleached hair.<\/p>\n

Best advice ever:<\/strong> \u201cFeel the fear and do it anyway.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve made it\u201d moment:<\/strong> When I started in education, the company told me I had a meal allowance; and I thought to myself, Wow, I get paid to eat!!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s playing in my salon:<\/strong> A little bit of everything\u2026 Led Zeppelin, Howlin Wolf, Noah Gunderson, The Jackson 5; and when my phone rings, it\u2019s AC\/DC.<\/p>\n

Tool\/product I\u2019m always reaching for:<\/strong> Hairspray.
