Step 2:<\/strong> Babylight the hairline by starting with the front, creating fine weaves, and apply Blonde Life Lightening Powder with 10 Volume LumiShine Developer. Be sure to weave out any low lights.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Continuing to the back, tease and weave the hair, applying Joico Blonde Life Lightener<\/a>. Be sure to fully saturate the hair and pull the lightener through to the ends of the hair.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong>: Rinse and shampoo with Joico KPAK Color Therapy Shampoo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Apply the Root Melt in a teardrop formation with LumiShine Demi-Permanent Liquid<\/a> Color 6NV with 5 Volume LumiShine Developer. (This allows you to see the nice pop in the front, but melt the hair in the back.) Comb through for even distribution.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong> To get rid of the unwanted yellow\/orange warmth, Olivia tones the hair with an all over toner LumiShine Demi-Permanent Liquid Color 9V (2 Parts) + 9SB (1 Part) with 5 Volume LumiShine Developer.<\/p>\n
